Engr. Md. Atikur Rahman, a distinguished civil engineer, holds a degree of B.Sc.Engg(civil) from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) along with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). With a robust background in operations management, he has built a successful career in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Director Operations for his own companies, Starlit Homes Limited and CDC Properties Limited.

With extensive experience managing venturous real estate projects, Engr. Rahman has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills. He has previously worked in various private organizations. Notably, he spent about eight years as an Executive Engineer at Pubali Bank Limited, where he honed his expertise in overseeing complex projects and ensuring operational efficiency.

Engr. Rahman is committed to professional development, having completed various esteemed courses, notably in “Leadership & Change Management” from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at the University of Dhaka.

A dedicated member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB), he currently serves as a central council member and has been elected multiple times as a council member of the Dhaka Center, in addition to his role as a division member of the Civil Engineering Division. His recognition as a life fellow of IEB underscores his devotion to the engineering profession and its advancement. Engr.
