Military Professionalism:

  1. He served as Instr Cl ‘C & B’ in the School of Military Engineering (SME), Qadirabad Cantonment. He was the OIC of ‘Officers Basic Course 25’.  
  2. As an Staff Officer Grade II (AHQ, MI Dte), his commendable performance was appreciated by all concern.
  3. As Zone Commander, Kaptai Zone, could maintained law and order situation very successfully. Few more mentionable events were as under:
  • (a) Protect the Dam of Hydro-Electric Project by clearing of water hyacinth by engaging 6,500 peoples through motivation.
  • (b) Organized ‘Awareness Programme’ for the drivers of all categories (Mil/Civ) through a day long workshop and could successfully motivate them for non-committing accident.
  • (c) Organized demonstration of ‘Solar Bottle Bulb’ as alternative of electricity for the poor and remote people. It was first kind in our country.

4. As secy, Sena Kalyan Sangstha, his staff coordination excels in the decision making of recent development of it’s Org as wel as business expansion prog.

Engineering Professionalism:

  1. As Construction Engineer in UNAMSIL (Sierra-Leone) he achieved the Force Commander’s Commendation for his extra ordinary performance specially in enhancing the mobility by repairing Road Lunsar-Makburaka, Kenama-Tongo and Airfield at Makburaka.   
  2. Chittagong Hill Tracts in 19 ECB, he contributed his skills in construction of Roads and Bridges in Khagrachari Districts.
  3. He is a life member of Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB). And a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), presently not continued.
  4. He is a Professional Engineers (PEng), under Bangladesh Professional Engineers Registration Board (BPERB).
  5. He keeps on updating himself regarding mega projects like Metro Rail, Tunneling, Dhaka-Chittagong Elevated Express Way etc.
  6. As Resident Engineer (RE), Officer was responsible for construction supervision of Phase II (Bhanga to Jashore Section). Being senior most technical person to approve the Quality Surveillance Deficiency Report (QSDR) and also certify the measurement RFIs. Maintained good liaisons with the client (Bangladesh railways) and the construction units (CREC, China) and resolved instantly any disputes found on design issues/ construction difficulties in the field. More than 70 engineers that to from senior to juniors were reporting their daily activities to RE. In this section the major structures are 86 underpass, 82 culverts, 32 bridges including Madhumati rail bridge which length is 1.2 km. There are 10 railway stations having number of buildings in each station. Total length of the line is 83 km and track laying works about 110 km. This is a first track project of the Government. The project has successfully completed and commercial train is operating since 24 December 2024 from Dhaka to Khulna and Dhaka to Jashore up and down. This project completed before one year without any monetary increment.
  7. Presently he is working with Homes 71 Ltd, a well reputed developer company based in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka as director operations. At present there are 42 number of ongoing projects running at Savar DOHS, Mirpur DOHS and Jolshiri Abashon area.
